Los siguientes consejos para superar el miedo a ser madre primeriza te pueden ayudar a conocer cómo debes de actuar con tu bebé, para disfrutar de los beneficios de la maternidad. - No tengas miedo de salir de la casa con tu bebé para que tome aire y se estimule con el ambiente exterior, siempre que evites las multitudes hasta los tres meses de edad. - No te sientas culpable cuando tu bebé llora cuando le dejas al cuidado de otra persona, trata de mantener la calma y evitar el aumento de tus niveles de estrés, debes de acostumbrarle a estar con otras personas, ya que esto evitará el nerviosismo cada vez que te marches. - Busca la manera de que tu bebé no se molesta cada vez que hablas o caminas cerca de él, ya que en el útero, el pequeño consigue ajustar el nivel de ruido a su alrededor. Si tu bebé se despierta demasiado rápido, ten en cuenta la posibilidad de colocar un ventilador cerca, lo que creará un ruido suave y reducirá las perturbaciones. - No tengas el miedo que tienen muchas madres primerizas de colocar a tu bebé sobre tu estómago, porque esto le ayudará a desarrollar algunas habilidades motoras, tales como levantar la cabeza. Hazlo al menos cinco minutos y no más de 20 minutos al día. - Anima a tu pareja a que te ayude con el bebé, para que puedas tomarte tus descansos regulares del cuidado del pequeño, ya que puede resultar estresante en ocasiones.
